1. Our representive will contact you by phone to arrange the suitable method of consultation with one of our doctors. Possible methods are Whatsapp, Facetime or Doxy.me consultations
2. If you are booking for teleconsultation, please ensure your device has functioning camera and adequate internet speed/bandwidth.
3. If you are booking to consult a doctor in clinic, please take note of the reference number provided upon payment completion. This reference number may be required in the clinic
4. This payment is for booking purpose. The full charges by the clinic minus this payment must be paid upon completion of the consultation
