CareClinics Refund Policy


  1. This Refund policy shall only be applicable for Consultation Booking and Packages (known as Booking from hereon) via Careclinics Payment Portal only.
  2. CareClinics shall use its best efforts to ensure that Bookings are correctly fulfilled. Refunds are only allowed if the clinics managed by Careclinics are unable to render the services booked. Refund requests for services already rendered in clinics are not allowed, including refund requests done after teleconsultation with a qualified doctor. Should there be any discrepancy of services rendered, please email us at pay@careclinics.com.my or call +603 2732 8934/8932 within seven (7) days of Booking. We will get in touch within seven (7) days after receipt of the email or phone call. In the event there is no reply from us after the aforesaid period, the respective clinics managed by CareClinics can be contacted.   3. Refund can be arranged under the following reasons:
    1. If CareClinics is unable to assign a doctor for teleconsultation (if booked) with a qualified doctor; or
    2. If the doctor assigned is unable to provide teleconsultation (if booked); or
    3. If the clinic(s) managed by CareClinics is unable to render the services booked
  4. Refund cannot be requested for any of the following:
    1. If the Customer fails to provide proof of identity as provided during the Booking
    2. If the Customer has already consulted the doctor
    3. If the Customer fails to show up in clinic for services booked
    4. For teleconsultation, the fee collected as Consultation Booking is booking fee as implied. Additional charges during or after the consultation are separate from this booking fee and in the event of dispute over the additional charges, this booking fee is not refundable
  5. If a Customer is charged more than the value of the Booking as displayed on the site when the Customer makes its Order, CareClinics shall refund to the Customer the difference. This does not apply for additional charges charged after this booking in the clinic.
  6. All refunds will be made via the same mode of payment within 2 months. CareClinics shall not be liable with respect to any loss, damage, cost or expense that you or any person may incur as a result of any delay in your financial institution processing the said refund.
  7. This Booking is not meant for emergency or life threatening situations, in such cases please contact the emergency service providers or visit the healthcare facilities. CareClinics shall not be liable with respect to any loss, damage, cost or expense that you or any person may incur in any emergencies
